Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo or Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we will provide a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are well protected.
*For private customers: For every purchase over €69 incl. VAT, we offer free Colissimo delivery to your home, a local "Chez mon Commerçant" pickup point or a post office (delivery within mainland France). In all cases — and always within mainland France — shipping costs range from €5.90 to €6.90 max, regardless of the number or size of items ordered (excluding gift wrapping and Chronopost delivery).
*For professionals: For every purchase over €250 excl. VAT, we offer free Colissimo delivery to your home, a local "Chez mon Commerçant" pickup point or a post office (within mainland France). Otherwise, shipping fees are around €8 excl. VAT, regardless of item quantity or size (excluding gift wrapping and Chronopost delivery).
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? You have 15 days to reconsider and request a refund! (see our Terms and Conditions, article 5). Contact our Customer Service and they will provide you with all the necessary return instructions.
Note: In accordance with Article L.121-20-1 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83, consumers have the right to return an item at their own expense in its original packaging, without having to provide justification or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, return the complete order (or the relevant item) in its original packaging with labels attached, inside a sturdy and appropriate shipping box. Please note: any item returned worn, incomplete, damaged, or with missing/altered brand packaging or labels cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To avoid any issues, we recommend using a traceable shipping method (such as Colissimo). Please ensure that no signs of wear appear on the returned item.
