Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item for a full refund! (see our Terms & Conditions, art.5). Contact our Customer Service team, who will immediately provide all the necessary information to return your item.

Note: In accordance with Article L.121-20-1 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers are entitled to return the item at their own expense in its original packaging, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty, except for potential return shipping costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the entire order (or selected item) in its original packaging with all tags attached, placed inside a strong, suitable shipping box. Note: Items that are worn, incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use (including product, packaging, or brand tags) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To avoid any issues, we recommend sending your parcel with a tracked delivery service (e.g., Colissimo). Please note: the returned product must show no signs of use.
